The Twins

Names for the Twins

Posted in

I think we've finally come up with names for the twins. Since we don't know what they'll be, we had to come up with four names: two boy names and two girl names.
Boy's Names

  1. Asher
  2. Braden

Girl's Names

  1. Zella - a family name on Molly's side
  2. Fiona - this is one we considered for Evan, had he been a girl

The Twins

We're expecting new additions to the family. The "twins" should be here at the end of October. The initial due date was actually Halloween, though that was before we knew they were twins.

We found out about "Baby B" first. I went with Molly to the first sonogram and there was just the one and we were both thrilled. A week or so later I was attending a conference and got a text message from Molly there had been a "little development"; there were two. "Baby A" was initially a week behind "Baby B" in development, but as of yesterday they were only a day apart.

Due to an agreement Molly and I made when we were expecting Evan, we won't be finding out the sex of these babies. I keep hoping one of them will be feeling an exhibitionist streak during a sonogram, but no luck yet.

This is the first picture we had, back before we knew the Twins were twins. The dark oval in the middle of the frame is the sack in which the baby (the little grey blob in the sack) is developing.
